Raising Boys with Steve Biddulph: September 5th (Boys) & September 7th (Girls) 2014 ***(CANCELLED)***
Steve Biddulph (Biddulph, 2007) was born in Yorkshire in England in 1955. When he was a young boy, his parents emigrated to Australia seeking out a better life for himself and his sister. He has worked as a psychologist and a family therapist for the last twenty-five years and has written eight books which have sold over four million copies in twenty seven languages. This is despite the fact that no academic qualifications appear on any of his books or on his web site. A particular feature of his books is that he has written extensively about raising boys and manhood. He is one of the few widely read authors to have done so and this is one of the reasons for his popularity.
Biddulphs website is at www.stevebiddulph.com. Have you heard about him?

Champion FC Barcelona Coaching Clinic last Feb 5th & 6th 2013
So F.C. Barcelona methodology is one of the finest in the world and Albert and the Coaches gave us a taste of it at the recent Champion FCBarcelona Coaching Clinic at Carton House
It truly was a memorable experience and we hope you felt the same. It was a fantastic 2 days and apart from the weather we truly enjoyed every part of it from the theory session in the morning to the drills and Q&A in the afternoon. It was great to meet so many like minded coaches and mentors.
I hope you got as much from it as I did!
Albert
Albert was a true gent and his interaction and patience with the kids was something special, I think we could all learn a thing or ten from Albert’s way of coaching and how he interacted with the kids.
We hope you enjoyed the day and like us felt it was something very special to have a coach of Albert Benaiges calibre, who not only is an amazing man but has also someone who has nurtured some of the world greatest players. It was fantastic to see how he interacts with kids of all abilities.
I hope the experience has made you realise that winning is not everything and development is what we need to start working on more. Albert said that from u7s to 16s should not be about winning, only about development and teaching the players to be good people.
Benaiges has since moved to Dubai to take up a coaching job with Al Wasl FC who are managed by Diego Maradona
With this is mind, we look forward to bringing Sporting Club De Portugal (Sporting Lisbon) to Ireland soon.
